Delegates
All delegates will be warmly welcomed to Sounds Aotearoa, and an over arching principle of warm hospitality and inclusion drives the event.
As with the previous events, delegates from all around the globe are expected to attend. We are extremely proud to have received over 160 attendees at
the 2010 inaugural Sounds Aotearoa event this included delegates,
showcase artists, international buyers and presenters. A similar number of delegates attended Sounds Aotearoa 2011.
Please be aware that WOMAD New Zealand 2012 takes places in New Plymouth on the days following Sounds Aotearoa, you may like to extend your visit to New Plymouth so that you can attend both of these nationally important cultural events.
